FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS -Bachelor degree in Electric / Electronics engineering from a reputable university. -Proficiency in computer skills. -Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and complex issues to our customers . -Min 2 years of field service experience. -Self motivated, positive thinker, customer centric,cost and quality sensitive. -Fluency in Turkish and English -Strong willingness to travel , MUST have a valid driving license. -No military obligations. JOB DESCRIP TION -Working on trouble shooting, installation,maintenance and repair needs on diagnostic imaging equipments such as Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance, Anjio Systems, and all other Xray equipments. -Ordering spare parts and managing returns. -Maintaining customer records and internal service records accurately and in a timely manner. -Effectively communicate with the customers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. -Maintaining tools and testing equipments properly and ensuring they are calibrated.
