We are looking fo r a highly skilled an d dedicated “Energy Systems Engineer” to joi n our team located in Fatsa/TURKEY . Can didate will wo rk in compliance with other departments, repo rting to the local Manager. QUALIFICATIONS University degree in Electrical an d/o r Electronics Engineering Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production plant environment especially in the electrical an d industrial control system an d instrumentations Experience in PLC programming an d automation systems Knowledge of transfo rmer stations, low/medium voltage, compensation systems Ability to discover an d implement innovative approaches Excellent planning, o rganizing an d communication skills, willing to keep up with flexible wo rking hours Excellent comman d of written an d spoken English is preferred Having statuto ry A grade safety expert certificate is preferred Proficiency in MS Office applications Driving license, travelling availability No military obligation fo r male can didates Willing to reside in Fatsa JOB DESCRIP TION Ensure continuous an d smooth operation of electrical power supply an d distribution, lighting, production, automation systems so that they will meet production requirements an d the company`s stan dards. Plan an d provide preventive mechanical an d electrical maintenance an d systematic cleaning of equipment/instruments, power an d control systems an d related systems extension. Analyze the most frequent breakdown causes an d energy leakage/wastage sources of plant services utilities an d recommend solutions to improve equipment efficiency an d optimize energy savings. Monito r the production needs, control the consumptions, define an d recommend the budget fo r fuel, gas, equipment, spare parts an d consumables related with field of responsibility. Coo rdinate the energy saving initiatives; provide suppo rt new equipment projects, improving control systems regarding the requirements of plant. Following up problems an d doing troubleshooting on production area, supervising interventions due to line stops an d the co rrect restarts of the line, solving electrical, electronics, pneumatic an d software problems of the production lines an d taking all necessary actions to be able to minimize the possibility of faults an d failures.
