ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - CADBURY We are looking for a project engineer (electrical engineer) to join our dynamic Projects & Investments department. All applying individuals should have the following qualifications: Fluent English Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering university degree 1-3 years of project experience (preferably FMCG) Strong interpersonal skills i.e. communication, listening, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and facilitation Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD, project management software and ERP systems A proactive and results-focused style of management No military obligation for male candidates Job Desc ription: Responsible for the execution of capital projects for the Cadbury Turkish hub to time, cost & quality using both internal and external resources as appropriate. Ensure projects are implemented and designed to meet both the CS Group and Legislative safety and environmental requirements. Responsible for the development of projects to support the commercial and manufacturing agenda. Work as part of the leadership team to develop the forward investment strategy, identifying and driving the forward capital project agenda. As a member of the leadership team, provide technical & engineering input in support of the sites commercial and operational performance objectives. Develop a network of technical contacts to ensure optimal solutions are developed in all aspects of confectionery making, wrapping and packing. Coordinate the Capital Forecasting across the Turkish hub. Work with EMEA Manufacturing Technical and EMEA operations to deliver the wider Technical agenda in terms of common project procedures and processes and best value engineering solutions.
